He is survived by: his wife Rhanda Hotz (Bridges); his stepfather Don Edwards of Greenfield; his siblings, Rick, Randy, Deette, Diane, Debbie, Clay and Lisa; his children, Curtiss Johnson of Jerseyville, Crystal Angel of Jerseyville and Zak Hotz of Jerseyville; his grandchildren, Devon, Dylan Johnson and Kendall Angel; and his great grandchild Gideon Johnson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
