She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Ray and Ruth Itaska Applegate Guthrie; her husband Lloyd W. Smith; her siblings, Logan Guthrie, JoAnne Smith, Roberta "Bobbye" Yokem Doil and Norma June Butler; and her son-in-law Harold Sellers.
She is survived by: her children, Jeri Sue Sellers of Brighton, Randy W. Smith (Wendy) of Kahoka, MO and Jeff Smith of Nebo; and her grandchildren, Susan Freand (Jeff) of Brighton, Michael Sellers (Cathy) of Piasa, Christopher Sellers (Amanda) of Godfrey, Megan Johnson of Chicago and Derek Smith (Jackie Stuby Smith) of St. Louis, MO. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter and eleven nieces and nephews.
