He is survived by: his wife Debbie Malitmore of Jerseyville; his daughters, Rochelle of Jerseyville and Raeann Maltimore of Jerseyville; his grandson Joe; his sister Candy; his brother-in-law Larry Collard of Pittfield; his brother Mike; his sister-in-law Patty Maltimore of Jerseyville; and his mother-in-law Sharon Hazelwonder of Jerseyville.
