He is survived by: his former spouse Howard Ferguson; his wife Kim Mangrum of Jerseyville; his daughter Melissa; his son-in-law Steven Pleskovitch; his granddaughters, Emily and Thea of Del Rio, Texas; his daughter Ashley; his son-in-law Michael Martin; his grandchildren, Amelia, Elijah and Isaiah of Mascoutah; his brother Kevin; his sister-in-law Marie Mangrum of Dow; his nieces and nephews, Michelle, Kevin, Connie and Scott; and his sister Debbie Mangrum of Jerseyville.
