He was predeceased by: his parents, Judith Brinkman (Hays) and Narvin "Gene" Brinkman; his brother Cristopher Brinkman; his great grandchild Danika Claire Alderfer; his aunt June McIver; and his parents-in-law, Clifford and Vera Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Brinkman of Jerseyville; his children, Brian Dunsing (Christa) of Jerseyville, Mike Williamson of Clarksville, Kristin Rodriguez (Rod) of Clarksville, Heidi O'Neal of Jerseyville and Georgia Hansen (Jeff) of Wood River; and his grandchildren, Nate Alderfer (Kari) of Greenfield, Jacob Hansen (Jass) of Jerseyville, Katie Schmieder (Jeremy) of Dow and Nick O'Neal. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
In honor of Jeff's love for animals, memorials may be given to Wild Life Tree House or to Riverbend Humane Society, in care of Crawford Funeral Home, 1308 State Highway 109, Jerseyville, IL 62052, who has been entrusted with arrangements.
