She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Dotson and Leota LaVerne Seago Dotson; her former husband Walter Ray Hamel; her husband Dave Green; her son John Hamel; and her brother Ira Dotson, Jr. (Karen).
She is survived by: her children, Kim Frazer (Herb) of Jerseyville and Chet Hamel (Chris) of East Alton; her stepson Randy Green of Jerseyville; her grandchildren, Callie Singleton, Maggie Bick, Emily Riley, Brandon Potter, Jordan Potter, Jessica Gilbert and Josh Fowler; her brothers, Thomas Dotson, Jake Dotson (Donna) and James Dotson (Toni) of Dow; and her daughter-in-law Cheryl Hamel of Carrollton.
