He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wesley and Eva O. Hindmon (Walker); his wife Lois Elaine Pine; and his daughter Jean Marie Hindmon. He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Shasteen (Alfred) of Oklahoma and Joy Sawyer, II (Doug) of Alton; his grandchildren, Mary Elaine, Ruby, Kate, Hank, Benjamin, William Shasteen, Grace Sawyer (Devin Schmitz) and Anna Sawyer; and his sister Sandy Stolze (Tony) of Alton.
