She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hocking and Louise Hocking (Hamm); her husband Flynn Sales; her stepfather James Koehler; her grandchildren, Kara Dunham, Blake Dunham and Jodi Flynn; and her great grandchild Gavin Shaun Flynn.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Flynn of Jerseyville, Diane Flynn of Jerseyville, Carol Jean Flynn of Springfield, Paula (David Baumgartner), Joni (Jason Gross) and Gregory (Carrie Flynn). She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren; 17 Great Grandchildren; and five Great Great Grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Salvation Army.
