She was predeceased by: her father Robert William Scoggins. She is survived by: her mother Therese Scoggins (Timmermeier) of Roswell, Georgia; her son Robert William Talley of Fieldon; her siblings, Mary (Kevin Scott), Angela (Sam Scott) and David Scoggins of Alton; and her fiancé Erik Branham. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given at the funeral home, and will be used to assist in placing a permanent monument at Deborah's gravesite.
