She is survived by: her husband Russell Baze of Jerseyville; her daughter Pam (Jerry Heyen); her grandchildren, Joshua Heyen of Auxvasse, Jacob Heyen (Christina) of Columbia, Ryan Breden (Jamie) of Vandalia, Jessica Goodman (Ryan) of Warrenton and Tony Baze (Katie) of Jerseyville; and her great grandchildren, Lillian, Layla, Emma and Kyzer.
