She is survived by: her son Zachary Alexander Heitzig; her father Bobby Smith; her siblings, Carrie (Gregory Flynn), Jill (Roger Ward) and Duff; her sister-in-law Tammy Smith of Brighton; and her nieces and nephews, Macie, Thomas, Caden, Josh and Shon Heitzig.

Memorials may be given to her son, Zachary, in care of Crawford Funeral Home.
