He is survived by: his mother Christine Hazelwonder; his sons, Riley and Konnor Joseph; his sister Lauren Joseph (Aaron Herrmann); his nieces, Harper, Gracie and Evalyne Herrmann; his stepmother Becky Joseph; and his half-brothers, Johnny and Randy Hazelwonder.
