It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Weible of Jerseyville, Illinois, who passed away on January 23, 2025, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cecil Weible to pay them a last tribute.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Cecil is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He was predeceased by: his mother Nina Marie Weible Sr. (Dunham); his stepfather Richard "Dick" Marshall; and also Cecil Hail Weible Sr.. He is survived by: his parent Cecil Hail; his sisters, Barbara (Samuel Wrigley), Sarah Weible of Godfrey and Linda (Ed Drainer); and his niece Hayley Wrigley of Jerseyville. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Crawford Funeral Home (1308 IL-109, Jerseyville, IL 62052). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at the Oak Grove Cemetery (801 E Spruce St, Jerseyville, IL 62052).
Memorials may be given to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network in care of the funeral home.
