With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carla Calvin of Jerseyville, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Carla leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold R. Calvin and Pearlie Calvin (Raney); and her brother James Yotter. She is survived by: her sister Barbara June Baker (Vernett) of Jerseyville; and her aunt Shirley Lindsey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home - Godfrey (1313 W Delmar Ave, Godfrey, IL 62035). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
