He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Dunham and Lola Mae Dunham (Talley); his wife Dorothy Cain; his daughter Kathy Lynn Dunham; his grandson Roger Allen Dunham; and his brothers, Thomas, Kenneth and Richard Dunham.
He is survived by: his daughter Christine; his son-in-law Jeff Strotheide of Jerseyville; his son Jeremy; his daughter-in-law Rachel Dunham of Jerseyville; his grandchildren, Joshua Strotheide of Jerseyville and Amanda Davis (Nicholas) of Jerseyville; his brother Melvin; his sister-in-law Joanne Dunham of Jerseyville; his sister Anna; and his siblings-in-law, Glenn Cain of Jerseyville, Mary Lee Dunham of Fieldon and Ruth Ann Dunham of Kane.
Memorials may be given to Ronald McDonald House, in honor of the support provided to the family with Carl and Dorothy's daughter, Kathy.
