With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Maxine Gulledge of Jerseyville, Illinois, who passed away on December 12, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. May and Maggie May (Emery); her son Donald Paul Gulledge; and her siblings, Charles May, Lucille (Kenneth Heck), Ruby Aldine (Earl Scott) and Bernice (Tommy Warren).
She is survived by: her children, Bob (Sherry Gulledge), Linda (Richard Bechtold), Mark (Oksana Gulledge), Chuck (Brooke Gulledge) and Kina (Evan Jones); her daughter-in-law Tharinee Gulledge of Jerseyville; her grandchildren, Josh Gulledge of Harrisburg, Melissa (Bill Forrest), Robert (Dolor Gulledge), Angie (Chris Norris), Jamie (Larry Butkovich), Tyler (Libby Bechtold), Brock (Caitlin Gulledge), Georgia, Chase Gulledge of Troy, Beau Gulledge of Freeport, Garryt Jones (Drew) of McKinney, Texas and Majel Jones of McKinney, Texas; and her sister-in-law Vivian May of Carterville, Illinois.. She is also survived by Eleven Great Grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to either the First United Methodist Church in Jerseyville or International Ministries in honor of her niece, Rebecca Stanton and her family who are serving as missionaries in Hungary.
