She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip J. Young and Stella M. Young (Hunt); her husband Delbert Burch; her daughter Marsha Lynn Burch; and her siblings, Evelyn Kraushaar, Elknah Mowrey, Ada Hardwick, Dorothy Garrahan, Lola Ethell, Philip T. Young, Allen Young and Harold Young.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra "Sandie" (Robert "Bob" Cornelius), Cheryl Harrison (Michelle) of Glen Carbon and Larry Franklin of Shipman; her grandsons, Dale (Tiffany Cornelius), Scott (Ashley Cornelius Jerseyville) and Christopher Cornelius (Kirsten Arrieta) of Jerseyville; and her great grandchildren, Katherine, Lillie and Henry.
Memorials may be given to First United Methodist Church in Jerseyville or to Great Rivers Choral Society.
