She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Charles and Edna Schumann (Combs); her siblings, James Schumann and Dorothy Hedger; and her close friend Charles "Sonny" Walters.
She is survived by: her husband Andy C. Clothier; her daughter Sherry; her son-in-law Gregg Cooper of Jerseyville; her granddaughter Andrea "Andi" (John Newingham) of Grain Valley; and her great grandchild Luna Sway Newingham.
Memorials may be given to Jerseyville Middle School, and will be used for the benefit of students with social and emotional needs.
