Warren Taylor Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Warren Taylor of Jacob, Illinois, who passed away on January 9, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob "J. D." Taylor and Ina Taylor (Shinneman); his wife Eileen; his siblings, Laird, Jack, Richard, Robert, Ivan, Helen Dunn and Donna Jean Bell; and his grandson Joshua Portwood.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Fay (Jim) of Edgewater, FL and Doug Taylor (Linda) of Monticello; his grandsons, Kyle Taylor (Brittany) of Monticello and Matt Fay (Nicolette) of Minneola, FL; his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Harper Taylor, Jordan Taylor and Wesley Fay; and his sister Juanita "Tootie" Flaugher of Mt Zion.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM and from 10:20 AM to 10:30 AM at the Monticello United Methodist Church (2020 E Washington St, Monticello, IL 61856). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials in Warren's honor may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
