She was predeceased by: her husband Jacob; her son Anthony Van Namen; her granddaughter Jacqueline Coakley; and her daughter-in-law Cyndy Van Namen. She is survived by: her children, John (Tracy Van Namen), Joyce (Mast), Jim (Barbara Van Namen), Tony and Ineke Van Namen.

Visitation is on Sunday, September 13, 2020 from 2 p. m. - 5 p. m.; To uphold safety guidelines, all guests are asked to wear a mask and respect social distancing requirements.
