She is survived by: her children, Kathy Guetersloh (Ronnie) of Jacob, IL and Shawn Collins (Melissa Cushman) of Chester, IL; her grandchildren, Shelby Guetersloh, Paige Guetersloh (Sam Baumgarte), Sydney Collins and Nicholas Collins; her great grandchildren, Karter, Ally and Maverick; and her siblings, William Kruzan of Jacksonville, IL, Delano Kruzan of Canton, IL and Linda Timms of Florida.
