He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Korando and Alberta Hornbostel Korando; his stepfather John Embry; his son Dennis Korando Jr.; and his former wife Penny Korando.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Korando of Jacob; his daughter Tammy Grime (Terry) of Belleville; his stepson Rick Grace of Jacob; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Alyssa and Alayna; his sister Linda Sue Moody (Bill) of Columbia, IL; his niece Christy Hennessey (James); and his great-nephews, Tyler and Caden.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, those attending are asked to stay in their cars outside the church and tune to radio station 89. 5 FM, and then follow the funeral procession to the cemetery after mass.
