We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2024, at the age of 74, Tonnia R. Carl of Jacksonville, Illinois, born in Pittsfield, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Galloway and W. Ruth Galloway (Bailey); her husband Theodore Richard "Ted" Carl; and her siblings, Trassa Scott and Michael Galloway.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Carl (Kathy) of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Tuesdae and Alexis Carl; and her siblings, Tim Galloway (Lisa) of South Jacksonville, Turea Biggs (Donald) of Murrayville and Toyua Teague (Rodney) of Divernon. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
Memorial donations are suggested to the family in care of Kevin.
