He was predeceased by: his parents, Viola Lewis and Terrence Lewis Sr.; and his siblings, Flossie Wise, Helen Gross, Lucille Howard, Sedonia Givens, Dorothy Lewis, Viola Singletary, Steve Lewis, Rene Lewis, Clarence Lewis and Alexander Lewis.

He is survived by: his son Anthony Victor; and his siblings, Corita Taylor of New Orleans and Ernest Lewis of Springfield, Illinois. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
