She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Eugene and Myrtle Lee Barber Mason; her son Randall Lee Coultas; her grandson Caleb Dean Coultas; and her siblings, Delores Lee Allen and James E. Mason.
She is survived by: her husband Carl R. Coultas; her children, Kelly Sue Martin (Scott) of Jacksonville and Brian Lynn Coultas (Amy) of Jacksonville; her grandchildren, Joshua Coultas (Regina Fry), Lindsay Lancaster (Jeff), Jenna Chumbley (Kevin), Danielle Coultas (Cody Walker), Ryan Coultas (Zenobia Gimbel), Jacie Coultas and Kelli Coultas; her stepgrandchildren, Shelby Syfert (Alex), Ryan Arnold (Alex Annis), Nicholas Lockhart and Alyssa Lockhart; and her brother Byron Edward Mason (Colleen) of Bear. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
