He is survived by: his children, Robert Hicks (Carol) of Jacksonville, Steven Hicks (Becky) of Woodson, Sheri Neff (Alan) of Columbia, TN and Russell Hicks III (Karyn) of Niantic. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
