He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Orlando and Agnes Johanna Bruins Randall; and his wife Catherine Carrick Horn of John's Episcopal Church.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Buchanan & Cody Funeral Home (1100 Lincoln Ave, Jacksonville, IL 62650). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (870 W College Ave, Jacksonville, IL 62650). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Woodland Cemetery (1020 S 5th St, Quincy, IL 62301).
