He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford King and Carolyn Baldwin Prather. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Burton; his children, Brandon King of Burley, ID, Phillip Hawken (Dona) and Katie Dewitt (Jeremiah) of Jacksonville; his grandchild Shiloh Hawken; and his siblings, Bill Prather of Jacksonville, Stephen Prather (Barbara) of Winchester and Debbie Weber of Jacksonville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the National Kidney Foundation.
