He is survived by: his daughters, Sheryl Hackethal of Edwardsville, Diana Middendorf of Jacksonville and Angel Sides-Cahnman of Springfield; his grandchildren, Levi, Trevor Middendorf, Sondra Brown, Justice Cahnman, Brandon, Bryan Stewart and Tommy Hackethal; and his great grandchildren, Aeriona, Alfonso, Hunter and Emma.
