She is survived by: her husband Jared Cook; her children, Brandon Cook (Kristin), Bryan Cook, Noah Cook, Elijah Cook, Hannah Cook (James Lahey) and Olivia Cook; her grandchildren, Alice Cook, Luna Cook and Wallace Cook; and her sisters, Linda Brogdon (David) and Diana Lee. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
