He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald "Binger" Surratt and Elsie Surratt (Allen); and his son Bradley Allen Surratt. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly E. Spangenberg; his daughter Angela K. Surratt of Jacksonville; and his siblings, Jay Surratt (Joyce) of Meredosia, Steve Surratt (Debbie) of DeFuniak Springs, FL, Kimberly Vannier (Bill) of Meredosia and Kaye Surratt of Chapin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
