He was predeceased by: his father Otis William Nutgrass; and his sister Kim Seymour. He is survived by: his brother Mark Nutgrass (Toni) of Divernon; his nieces, Kimberly Crawford (Grant), Lacey Nix and Whitney Nutgrass; his great-nephews, Cayden, Clayton, Hudson, Mason and Maddox; and his great-niece Carly.
