He was predeceased by: his parents, David Jacoby and Oleta Jacoby (Cooper); and his wife Janet Cox. He is survived by: his children, Derek Jacoby (Karen) of Bartlett, Damon Jacoby (Jennifer) of New Hampshire and Dana Jacobs of South Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Ashley, Lizzie, Gracie, Hannah, Haden, Holden Jacoby and Kiley Jacobs; his great grandchild Janey Lucille; and his sister Pamela Hungerford (Cork) of Port Charlotte, FL..
