She was predeceased by: her parents, John Floyd and Bertha Irene Goodpasture (Mason); her husband James "Jim" Quigg; and her sister Helen Hess. She is survived by: her children, Steve Quigg (Kelly) of Jacksonville, Brenda Quigg (Jerry Moorman) of Jacksonville, Beverly White (Glenn) of Jacksonville, Beth Clark of Virginia and Becky Woiwode (Matt) of New Berlin; her grandchildren, Lexie Hawkins (Dave) of Alabama, Matthew Clark of Virginia, Garrett White (Erin) of Pittsfield, Mary Beth Williams (Jared) of Athens and Miranda Blakeley (Taylor) of Jacksonville; her great grandchildren, Lexie Hawkins, Gibbson White, Emersyn White, Freddie Williams and Charlie Williams; and her sister Esther Elliott of Knoxville, TN. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Centenary United Methodist Church in Jacksonville.
