She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Pennell of Jacksonville; and her parents, Fred Pawlitz and Elsa Pawlitz of Old Greenwich, Connecticut.. She is survived by: her daughters, Amy Phelan (John) and Anne Pollard (Don); her stepchildren, Bronna Hermes (Butch), Eric Pennell (Tammy) and Carrie Filla (James); her grandchildren, John, Anne (Eder), Villagomez, Samantha, Joseph, George, Lizzie Phelan, Madeline, Jackson and Max Pollard; her stepgrandson Brandon Pennell (Paige); and her great grandchildren, Ezra and Elora Villagomez.
