He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo L. Crenshaw and Hallie J. Crenshaw (Hendricks); and his sister Judy. He is survived by: his spouse Jarice A. Smith; his stepdaughter Terrisa Lashmett (late Terry) of Winchester; his granddaughters, Taylor and Tristan Lashmett; and his siblings, Richard Crenshaw (Gloria), Dan Crenshaw (Della), Bob Crenshaw, Scott Crenshaw, Alice Johnson (late Richard) and Darlene McMurl (Glenn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to his granddaughter's education fund, make checks payable to Taylor Lashmett and Tristan Lashmett.
