He is survived by: his children, Kelly Allen of Jacksonville, Tony Smith (Rhonda) of Franklin and Tim Smith (Shannan) of Chesterfield, IL; and his grandchildren, Chance Hymes, Tyler Crow, Khrysten Tipps, Cheyenne Kesinger, Emmett Allen, Dustin Smith, Codey Smith, Preston Smith and Peyton Smith. He is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
