He was predeceased by: his parents, Prentice Turner and Jeanette Turner; his wife Joy Ann Gordley; his siblings, Prentice Turner Jr. and Lela Hurst; his brother-in-law Kim Gordley; his nephew Josh Gordley; and his in-laws, Robert and Barbara Gordley.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Turner (Jamie Lacy) of Jacksonville and Kenneth R. Turner Jr. of Murrayville; his granddaughter Kelly Turner; his sister Sheila Edmunds of Jacksonville; his siblings-in-law, Theresa Gordley and Jim Gordley; his nieces and nephews, Erin Gordley, Ryan Gordley (Tiffany), Rod Gordley and Payton Gordley; and his great-nieces, Drelynn and Alyssa.
