She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elmer Boester and Mary Boester; her husband Charles "Chuck" Blackburn; her sons, Patrick Blackburn and Rodney Boester (Cara); her siblings, Delbert "Butch" Boester, Robert Boester, Ruby Eddinger (Bill) and Macel Lyons (Richard); her grandchildren, Chase Boester and Bryse Boester; and her brothers, Richard and Clifford Boester (Goldie). She was also cherished by many nieces, great-nieces, nephews, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Williamson Funeral Home (1405 Lincoln Ave, Jacksonville, IL 62650). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to the Huntington's Disease Society of America, or the family (c/o Patrick Blackburn).
