She is survived by: her parents, Jerry Mulquin (Peggy) and Carole Mulquin; her son Chris Mulquin (Sarah) of Jacksonville; her granddaughter Ellie Mulquin; her siblings, Robert Mulquin (Tracy), Brian Mulquin, Patricia Mulquin, Barbara Spradlin, Melissa Settles (Don) and Jerri Howerton (Dan); her siblings-in-law, Greg Anderson and Lisa Chambers (Mark); and her nieces and nephews, Kayla Kendall, Devin Correll, Trent Mulquin, JD Settles, Andy Hayes and Zachary Chambers.
