She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Flackus and Agnes Lyles Flackus; and her daughter Debi. She is survived by: her son Ben Farnsworth (Jennifer); and her grandson Mathew Farnsworth (Amanda) of Adam Withee, DJ. She is also survived by five great - grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
