He was predeceased by: his parents, James Crouse and Louise Vasey Crouse; his wife Carol Stewart; and his brother Jerry Lee Crouse. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Jo Suter of Waverly, Lawrence Crouse of Waverly, Linda Smith (Dan) of Waverly, Terry Crouse of Waverly and John Crouse of Springfield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
