He is survived by: his wife Mary Catherine Ring of Jacksonville; his children, Mark Charles Westenberger of Jacksonville and Ashley Rose Westenberger of Jacksonville; and his siblings, John Westenberger of Springfield, Anne Wellman of Firestone, Janet Vespa (Joe) of Springfield and Richard Westenberger (Betsy) of Atlanta, Georgia. He is also survived by several nephews, nieces, and cousins.
