He is survived by: his children, Dennis King (Eileen) of Fairfield, OH and Sally Long (Randy) of Murrayville; his grandchildren, Jennifer King (Ann Bock), Annie Cazares (Roy III), Blake Long (Kelley Daly), Tyson Long (Anna) and Weston Long (Emily Griffith); and his great grandchildren, Marin, Logan, Roy IV, Kinsley, Penny and Matthew. He is also survived by 3 siblings.

Memorials are suggested to the First Baptist Church in Jacksonville.
