Phillips; his children, Sherry Cox (William) of Jacksonville and Bradley Heitz of Sherman, IL.; his stepgrandchildren, Mikayla Cox of Jacksonville, Destiny Cox of Jacksonville, Lamart Cox of Jacksonville, Lashae Cox of Jacksonville and Joline Cox of Springfield, IL.; and his brothers, Danny Heitz (Sherry) and Dean Heitz (Kay).
