We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2025, at the age of 71, Dale DeJaynes of Jacksonville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. DeJaynes and Bertha LaVerne Phillips DeJaynes; and his siblings, Alvin, Michael DeJaynes, William "Bill" Vance and Carolyn Tate.
He is survived by: his sons, Jason DeJaynes of Syracuse, Brandon DeJaynes of Jacksonville and Stevan DeJaynes of Springfield; his grandchildren, Silas, Renee and Romana; and his siblings, Richard DeJaynes (Teri) of Pittsfield, Lloyd DeJaynes (Tina) of Pittsfield, Gary DeJaynes of Pittsfield, Tim DeJaynes (Marsha) of Milton, Connie DeJaynes of Mt. Sterling, Vickie DeJaynes of Jacksonville and Linda Bell of Versailles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
