He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William, Grethal Jobe, Robert and Celia Rice; and his uncles, Mark, Eric Rice, Mike and Mitch Jobe.
He is survived by: his parents, Scott David of South Pekin and Mellissa Lynnette Rice (Jobe) of Morton; his sons, Bowie Parker Rice of Springfield and Owen Frese of Springfield; the mother of his children Candice Frese of Springfield; his sister Tabitha Gage (Amanda Young) of Morton; his brother-in-law Heath Gage of Morton; and his nephew Floyd Gage of Morton.
