He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jerry and Lynne Pennell. He is survived by: his parents, Eric Pennell and Tammy Pennell (Cardwell); his wife Paige Sisson; his grandparents, Delbert, Bette Cardwell of Roodhouse and Pat Claussen of Jacksonville; and his pets, Kimber and Casper.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the VFW Post #1 (903 E Morton Ave, Jacksonville, IL 62650).
