He is survived by: his children, Drew Conklin (Kassie) of Jacksonville and Bailey Brammeier (Robert) of Jacksonville; his siblings, Jim Conklin (Tricia) of New York, Don Conklin (Bonnie) of Ohio, Kathi Phillips (Rich) of Washington State, Eric Conklin (Kim Hum) of Hawaii and Michelle Conklin of Hawaii; and his close friend Dave "Monty" Ward (Cathy) of Illinois.
