She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon O. McKinley and Stella Draughn McKinley; her son Tim; and her siblings, Wilma, Melba, Betty, Vernon Jr., Ray and Bob.
She is survived by: her husband Herschel Surratt; her daughter Beth Ann Tortorello (Thomas); and her grandchildren, Sarah (Johnny Geraci) and Andy Tortorello.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Chapin Christian Church or Prairieland Heritage Museum.
